About Picobeats

Picobeats is a music streaming platform that allows DJs, artists, and creators to upload and share mixtapes and audio content with listeners worldwide.

We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will review the complaint.

  2. The reported content may be temporarily removed.

  3. The uploader will be notified.

  4. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, and contact information

  2. Identification of the removed content

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

Picobeats maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement.

Accounts found repeatedly uploading copyrighted material without authorization may be:

  • Suspended

  • Permanently banned

  • Reported where required by law

International Copyright

Although the DMCA is a United States law, Picobeats respects copyright laws globally. Copyright owners from outside the U.S. may also submit takedown requests.
