By accessing or using Picobeats, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)
- Have the legal right to upload content you submit
3. User Content & Copyright
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, by uploading content to Picobeats, you grant Picobeats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, stream, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
You confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content or
- You have permission from the rights holder
Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
4. DMCA & Copyright Enforcement
Picobeats complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright frameworks.
Copyright violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Account suspension or termination for repeat offenders

5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt Picobeats services
- Impersonate others
6. Account Termination
Picobeats reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
Picobeats is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Picobeats shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
